Get GreatPass running on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, or Mac — quick and straightforward.

Works with: iPhone, iPad, Apple TV (4th generation and later), and Mac. The steps below are the same for all Apple devices — just open the App Store on your specific device.

    On your iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV, open the App Store. On Mac, open the App Store from the Dock or Applications folder, or download a compatible desktop player from the developer's website directly.

    Search for and install a compatible media player

    Search for a supported media player application. Install the one recommended in your welcome email, or contact our support team to confirm the right app for your device.

    Open the app

    Launch the installed player from your home screen, app library, or Apple TV top shelf.

    Enter your activation details

    In the player's settings or login screen, enter the activation details from your purchase confirmation email. These details connect the app to your GreatPass subscription.
