1. Free Trial

The 6-hour free trial requires no payment and therefore no refund applies. You can experience the full service at no cost before committing to a paid plan.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:

• The service was not delivered or activated as described
• You experienced significant technical issues that our support team was unable to resolve
• You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have used minimal service access

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be issued if:

• The service has been actively used for a significant portion of the subscription period
• The issue is related to your own device, internet connection, or software
• More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date
• The account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
